Issue applying new code to account

I cannot get past the page for "rules of conduct" It just sits and times out on me while I am trying to apply the new upgrade code to my account. Anyone else having trouble? I don't want to have that issue later on that says "this code has already been applied to an account" when I can't even get to the darn page! UGH!!!!!

Tried Firefox or Chrome? I seem to remember this issue in IE.

im having the same issue, just got the code email and get stuck at rules page when applying

Ahh so I'm not the only one. So Mapper, if I try Firefox will it act like I've already used the code? That's what I'm afraid of This sucks!
