Isn't Barding Difficulty Supposed to Go Down after Reducing the Target's HP?

If so, then this is broken. I've killed several monsters, using Animal Lore on them before I attack, and right before they die. In many instances, their Barding Difficulty goes up rather than down.

Can someone shed some light on this please?

barding diff is calculated with a big long ugly ass calculation.

but in there is a chunck that uses their str and such in the calculation.

so if you disco the critter then it lowers is str and then its barding diff goes down.

now, that said, while fighting a critter that has magic (and most high end mobs do) they will bless themselves.
that changes their str and thus increases their barding diff yet again.

now, another change to this is that critters often gain in str and dex while they are fighting.
that again will change the barding difficulty.

its a fluid thing.

2. Add up the following attributes:

* Max Hit Points * 1.6
* Max Stamina
* Max Mana
* all Skills
Seems like barding difficulty only factors in max HP, which means if you lower STR and it lowers the max HP (magery's weaken spell, for example, with eval int) then the barding difficulty should go down.

It would be nice if it would recalculate Barding Difficulty each time the Hit Points go down.
