I was thinking the same thing... Where's Wilki? Hasn't been seen since Dec 2009?
I remember a post about him leaving not long after Phoenix returned. Can't find it though.
He didn't post a farewell and I didn't see a post about leaving. Curious.

I think Wilki's still around. I believe he did at least some of the work on imbuing and new craftables for SA. I suspect he's also very involved in working on the anti-cheating measures.

Well count me as a Wilki fan. As CR and as a dev he has done a lot for UO, whether anyone wants to admit it or not.
I liked his style, I said it before, he didn't mind getting in your **** when you got out of hand. He also went above and beyond in helping me retrieve my account...
Whether he's still with UO or not, it would be nice to hear from him
