Is uogamecodes not working right again?

Welp finally after years of trying I got uogamecodes to work sort of.. I got all the way to processing order when I got this and I dont want to fill out another order in fear that I was billed for this order..dont need to be double billed. The message I got at end was


A problem was encountered while processing your order

Invalid security code or Card ID

Processor Error #40


I know for a fact that my debit card info was entered correctly I check four times before hitting process button. So just wondering if the site is still having problems?

Oh great it must be teh same problem they had with the Ladybug items. I was just charged for this Order. I doubt I got any codes either. lol

I don't know, hopefully someone can help you with your main question, but I just wanted to tell you that every time I ordered from there, the charge shows up right away on my Credit card/Debit card. So if you can check your card to see if the charge was made, and it wasn't, you can be pretty sure it didn't go thru and you could try again.

EDIT: Oops, you replied before I could post. You need to call their customer service number or open a ticket on their website now.

Ah thaks.. I did call customer service and they gave me the story that my bank of holding/not authorizing the sell and told me to call my bank to have them release it. I then called my bank and they of course told me the order was being processed and should move from pending to posted Monday. So instead of calling again I sent a ticket to EA. Either way if it ends up posted on my bank account Monday that they did get the money when EA says they didnt I'll have something to complain about.. they really need to get this store site fixed..first time I was able to use it in years and no codes and out 20 bucks..lol
