Is UO DOWN just got some patch download now no

Try downloading the patch in "admin mode." right click client (or UOAssist or whatever) and run in admin mode. Hope that helps. Once it's downloaded, you'll probably want to log off and open client the normal way (unless you usually play in admin mode in which case this wouldn't work anyways)
