Is tyball broken since last patch?

Hi, I have done roughly fifty tyballs with no robe drops, most I have ever doen before without a robe was 11. Has this been broken with the latest patch?

Is this robe still worth having post MR 2 DCI 5?

Yeah i wonder too...but not only this robe, ANY clothing might be affected, or?

Robe is worth having if your using it on a mage thats already 18-ish MR from armor/jewls/gear.
I use it on my gargoyle because hes already 65 DCI and 21MR. Id rather the robe put me to
the 150 INT cap for the added SDI then wear a +2mr +5DCI robe that is perfectly useless to
me on that char. Ive got several of said robes & this one char still uses Tyballs.
