Is Treasures of Tokuno still going on?

There have been three sets of the Treasures of Tokuno (http://www.uoguide.com/Treasures_of_Tokuno) The last one Treasures of Tokuno III was from I believe July of 2009, and I think it ended around September. I'm pretty sure there isn't an active Treasures of Tokuno happening right now.

I am completely baffled why the Devs have ignored the town cryers & sherry statue for over 8 months. I know they had an Expansion but seriously. Cryers should be talking about gargoyles and our new Queen!
