[Price Check] Is this Talisman rare?

I got it from doing a ton of the Heartwood crafting quests when they first came out and I hung on to it because I have never seen another. I have no idea if it is junk or if they are rare or even attainable anymore. Any info would be greatly appreciated and if it is still attainable and I have posted this in the wrong forum, I apologize.

It is still obtainable as of a few months ago and I believe it still is. It definitely doesn't come up very often. I have one somewhere that someone gifted me. I think it has value for the novelty factor and makes a nice decoration because of it's clean/pure state.

That's when your luck roll really sucks with the RNG while filling crafting requests in the Heartwood city. I wouldn't call it rare, but I do have one of each talisman type in my collection of oddities.
I don't even know if you can still get them. Welcome to rares collecting lol
