Is this Sampire template viable?

Resists: Physical 70, Fire 95, Cold 70, Poison 70, Energy 75
Suit is Ringmail and Fey Leggings with Mage Armor removed and designed to work with Human or Elf.

I prefer to have all real GM skills as opposed to 99 Necro, 85 Chivalry, 60 Parrying etc. I like fixed stats and not have to rely on potions or DF so this template only has 10 LMC at the expense of my stats. I plan on using a two handed Bladed Staff with 20 SSI to achieve 1.25 SS and maximize parrying.

It depends on what for are you going hunt. I think you'll be able to do any minispawn in the Abyss, for example.

You could also use a double axe with 35 SSI. WW is very useful. Your mana is too low to chain AI or DS so than more base damage than better in your case.

But I feel something wrong in your stats. Like you could get the better results for the same gold. What artifacts are you going to use?

I am just getting back into the melee end of the sandbox that is UO and could be totally wrong on this and if so I hope some of you long term sampires correct me. But from what I have been hearing from people there is plenty of reason to get 120 Bush and Parry in the Sampire template as well. Fairly easy to get those 40 extra skill points needed with the way items stand now days.

What do you feel is wrong with my stats? I have Mace and Shield glasses, Jackal's Collar, Despicable Quiver, Conjurer's Trinket, Fey Leggings, Crimson Cincture, Shroud of the Condemned, and Imbued Tunic, Sleeves, and Gloves.

Thanks for the detailed information. Could you please give me detailed, step by step directions on how to get HCI and DCI on the armor and what type of material should the pieces be made from.

I would prefer:
ringmail gloves (2 stones)
chainmal legs and chest (7 stones each)
platemail arms (5 stones) and gorget (2 stones)

This is basically the pieces I have, so how do I get the HCI and DCI onto these pieces? Specifically, I need to know which runic to use and the menu options for the best chance without other unwanted mods.

2. reforge with shadow runic: power + vicious (hci) or power + towering (dci)
3. pof
4. imbue
5. enhance using forged tool

I think your template and stats are perfectly fine. I have a sampire that runs basically that template on Origin. He's not as much a tank as a 120 Bush 120 Parry sampire, but that is a trade off for using less skill points in those areas.

Since you show the weight, i.e. stones of the pieces, I'm wondering, does the weight of the pieces have any actual impact on the performance of a Sampire or did you just list them for information?

I doesn't.... except you are overweighted. My warriors usually have 120 str without potions and start their trips to dungeon with 250-300 stones weight.
Well I agree that advantage of having lighter armor is not great but it's free (you needn't sacrifice mods for it) so why not?
And it also save charges on my bag of sending.

I finished this suit today and I really appreciate everyone's help and advice.
