Not worth much if anything at all because of the -100 luck taking up an imbue spot. This is from a PVP standpoint where you need every spot available.
As far as price its really what someone would pay for it, Usually the PVP oriented jewels are the ones that are selling for mils.

its good pvm jewel, especially if you want to take damage increase off weapons and the extra 5 matters. or for a luck suit since you can imbue 100 luck (only thing you can add in a neg 100 luck slot) if i sold in on luna vendor on atlantic id put it up for maybe 1 or 2 million.
