Is this normal?

Hi,
Since the recent patch when i have a character run then slow down to walk the screen like jerks a little.
Ive tried diffrent characters/Diff shards etc, and it always happens.
Is this normal?
Somthng else to get used too?

I'm actually noticing it, too.

Been like this for abit. I notice it more when I am riding. It seems like the char is skipping along.

The only character I've been on isn't mounted, but I still get it. Some sort of little jerk/snapback at random times when I'm moving.

I'm seeing it on foot since the last patch.

Usually when I have been stopped for a bit. Take a few step--rubberband once--then continue.
