[Price Check] Is this item Unusual or Rare?

I saw a chair with "Spell Channeling" on it in a 'rares house'.
Is this really unusual or rare?
If it is worth something please let me know.

Was a bug some time ago that allowed for the materials special property to be crafted onto furniture (like how it does weapons/armor etc). (crates, tables, chairs, bulletin boards etc)

Not super rare, but collectible to the right person.. depending on the item 3-10m per normally.

Wish it showed character holding a chair while casting spells, that would increase value.
