is this good anymore?

Hello guys returning to uo from a long break and ive put together a suit that when i used to play would have been pretty good but with all the new stuff im not sure if its even that good anymore so im looking for some help.
all 70s +
100 lrc
20 sdi at 2/5 casting
8 mana regen 1 hit point regen
15 mana increase and 5 hit point increase
32 lower mana cost and 36 reflect physical
29 dci with 5% cold eater and 4% casting focus

basically im looking to see if this is a suit i can compete with for pvp. also my template is magery eval swords resist tactics med. Is that a common template still?

You can get by in that suit and have fun if you are playing with other people.

The template can be semi-effective if played well, but will be fun regardless.

If you're looking to become a major threat, the first things I would do are as follows:

Get your HPI up to 25. So many huge damage combos that you really need to have at least 130 HP to live through some of them.

Get your DCI to at least 45, preferably 70.

Drop swords and tactics. Pick up two other complementary skills. Necro/spirit speak, myst/focus, etc.
