is this deed some rare strange item?

I have an old repair deed that says this:

A Repair Service Contract From A Grandmaster Blacksmith.
Blessed
Weight 1 Stone

is this anything special?

Also, I have some pickaxes that have no uses on them, just say pickaxe.

well all new repair contracts say, for example, one made by my blacksmith would say
A Repair Service Contract From A Legendary Blacksmith.

Exceptional

and all pickaxes today have uses on them

Can't you turn the makers mark off and get that?

As far as pick axe it's just an old item. If you use it the charges will show same as if anyone uses and ID wand on it.

I turned the makers mark off and made a repair deed
it still marks it and says the same thing as i stated in the previous post...

I've had that one repair deed at least for 8 years.

It strikes me as if the only apparent difference here aside from the line "crafted by ______" which as stated previously can be turned on and off is the presence of a line saying "exceptional" on the newer of the two deeds, and the presence of a line saying "blessed" on the older of the two deeds.

Now the exceptional mark is self explanatory, assuming repair contracts could be exceptional years ago.

The blessed mark is the only difference remaining without an explanation, and is most likely just a change that occured some time in the past, as to whether it adds any value to the deed....it could possibly if someone enjoys old items, but its doubtful that it would be anything substantial, especially since the common player wouldn't even take note of the difference.

This is all assuming that all repair contracts from years ago were blessed.....
