Specials are Crushing Blow and Dismount...

imho the mods are not good enough to be trying to compensate for the -25

Since it's mage weapon, the mage who uses this will not be able to use the specials... Unless he takes up 80 tactics or wahtever is needed :<

I would guess 1m on that, assuming it is SC no neg, which I believe it is.
