[Discussion] Is this at all rare or valuable?

I found Ringmail Armor, 5 stones, at an IDOC. It's the hanging variety. Is this item common, rare, or somewhere in between? Anyone know what it might be worth?

I may very well be wrong, but haven't seen one before. Might be new i guess, but since theres no artifact rarity listed on it might also be worth alot.
