Im Wondering The origin of this plate, and a price estimate, obviously it was made before AOS hit, as the text is cut off, like in most pre-aos text.

It was made by a Seer preAoS, so a true rare, not a server birth. No idea who collects plates besides Ralph Lauren for his Odditorium

Can you please link to your source? I was told these plates were given out to those who attended a meetup with a Dev, many were given codes I believe for them. I sold one last fall, I forget how much I got for it.

They are from when a dev came to Australia around the time of Oceania's launch, they were given out to celebrate it.
