I was looking over my mages backpack when I noticed that one of my runebooks was different. Now, I know nothing about rares (other than they exist!!). I've taken a screeny (on the left) and compared it to an exceptional book that I made myself:

Is this a rare? Does it have any value?

that version is worth about 500k-1m, but generally closer towards the lower end.
