Is there something wrong with house placement tools?

Ive just noticed recently since the last publish when I open up a house placement tool that the words true or false in the color grey show up in the lower left hand corner of my screen just wondering is this some kind of text bug?

I dont know the answer to that one, but I sure was pissed off when I got the ole' message that I cant place a house because I tried to many times. I was trying to resize my yew gate house to go bigger but I couldnt get it right, and then i got that message and I almost lost my spot lolz. New rules = dumb.
