Is there anywhere that I CAN teleport to???

Im trying to train ninjitsu on a new character and am getting really frustrated with shadow jump... It seems that every tile i attempt to jump to I get the message "cannot teleport to that spot"...

What are the restrictions on spots that I can teleport to?

It works best on flat terrain.

Things to avoid:
- Bumpy terrain like in t2a makes it hard to use teleport or shadow jump.
- You cannot teleport near houses
- The ML dungeons do not allow teleporting
