While I'm thankful I don't play there because I know I'd be livid by now... I certainly feel for you.
Sadly my only thoughts are how unacceptable this is... for a large company like EA this really does NOT look good. I can't help but think how unacceptable this is... no excuse to the players there... barely any word.. add to it the poor customer service there and down under... with folk being unable to order things and you have to wonder just who's running the foreign relations... whomever it is ought to be fired. Just my opinion.

I have voted for that! Now you should stop the voting before I have to share my prize with someone else ....
probably the same one they gave oceania for being down all the time, and for YEARS of devs telling us in person we're getting a EM on siege "soon" then never getting one...or perhaps what they gave the 14 year vets on our shard because the 14 year vet rewards don't even show up in the menu as selectable.No gift, not even a apology i bet
basicly....nothing...you just get to pay them more for them screwing up left and right...and you'll like it too!
