Is there a way to make plants grow on test?

I need some full grown ones on retribution and not for staining, but deco.. I saw some full grown ones laying around and am wondering is there a command or such to do it on test?

No, none that i've seen. Other than the "give seeds" command.

Which is why i'm asking.. the spawners only give snowdrops.. these were two hops and a century plant. The server was wiped before open beta started.. unless there's that kinda command or such there should be no way for them to exist.
