As far as we know, there won't be another phase to the turn ins.

Blackrock served it's purpose against the Shadowlords.

I doubt there will be a 2009 version of the turn in.

Well, i guess it could go on forevery.
I speculated hard and made out well for a merchant.

But I do have lots of blackrock and tons of paragon drop/boss armour. Myridian etc.

I suspect something will be up with the blackrock. But I think the turn is are done.

It has to end.

yup i think the turn ins are finished with this one
blackrock's role will most likely just be a handy tool for damaging certain creatures ....or as we all know , nice little fireworks display when used properly and get yourself some voices! lol
