Is there a quest walkthrough guide anywhere?

I've been searching for a website that has like a quest walkthrough guide. I can't find one. I find alot of the quests in the game to be very confusing, because they ask for items I've never heard of. I just recently returned so I have never done any of these quests except for a few of the early ant quests like around pub 18. Thanks for any help or insight!!
