Is there any place people go other than Luna for frequent pvp?

No offense but I don't find the blue/red gank squads teams, bola balls + all kill, res killing repeatly, dry looting and talking [censored] all in one to be a an enjoyable form of pvp.

Is there a place to find a higher quality of pvp frequently?

lol. let me guess, you also dont like when people use potions, or heal themselves, or swing back? I hear the NPC fighters dont use any tactics, try fighting them.

Theres not much 1 on 1, you may get lucky now and then somewhere other then Luna, but pickins are slim.

Tournaments seem to be the only place you can get consistant 1 on 1 battles, but its a controlled enviroment.

On a Side note, you can get Married.
1 on 1 is the norm, ganking is highly frowned upon, the smack talk is optional unless you did something wrong. Quality and frequency depend on how nice you are.

unfortunatly there is no such place currently. if you find one let me know. occasionaly there is a fight night with no loot or some mutual ishinar fighting but those are few and far between. best bet is to go looking for a lone player. dungeon or gate hopping but its not always successfull

I think he means he wants to fight people that don't use lame tactics, none of which the ones you mentioned are(potion use, etc)..those are good honarable tactics. The crap that you guys call pvp on this server is just silly.

nope its all ganks... and if u ever do get a 1 on 1 it turns into a gank somehow.

For the record, I will always 1 vs 1 anyone i see out in the field, but I will call in help and run when out numbered, there are many who would testify FOR and against me, but thats my personal creed I try to stick to. Don't get me wrong i'v strayed like everyone else but I tell you people, if you see Cash out and about and you don't have back up, nine times out of ten, neither will I.

RTL, but directed to all in this thread...

Would yall go for an arranged, public meet-up somewhere like Wrong Arena or the Necromancer Arena for some 1v1 fights?

Would we need rules? No looting? Winner loots?

Just tossing this out to see if anyone might be interested.

Duels are good and all but have nothing to do with this thread. Why must duels in arenas be arranged in order to find a 1v1 fight? What ever happened to people playing the game for fun instead of only caring about winning? If people are going to gank, then they should gank when they're roaming in a group together. But calling in back up in an already started 1v1 fight is just plain sad.

Essentially honorable combat is what I am looking for, ganks meh. Ganks are part of siege, I don't have a huge issue with ganks, sometimes fighting 2 at once is fun.

My problem comes from people who repeatly res kill, dry loot for no reason, talk crap. reds and blues working together that hug the guard zones of Luna.

I think we defiently need to put in a strong effort to move pvp away from Luna to a more balanced ground, Luna absolutly sucks for pvp and why people flock there is beyond me. If people stop going there then the pvp will have to move elsewhere.

We should start trying to organize pvp locations or times and try to define new pvp hot spots aside from the crap factory that Luna is.

Maybe somewhere in ishenar, as there are no houses, no guard zones and a lot of open areas... A lot of my most memorable pvp battles on siege have been in dungeons and in ishenar... Luna is dry and terrible and there are A LOT of griefers that hang out there.

I'm just looking for quality pvp, if there are enough of us interested, I think we could make it happen!

Perhaps we could convince the devs to have our Moonglow invasion overflow into Luna, rendering it a wasteland? After all, it WILL be coming from a rift, and who knows what those things are capable of!

*strains, trying to tilt rift towards Luna*

Don't know if it's relevant or not, but Europa used to hold some pvp events on Yew Prison roof. With its big open area one end, smaller open area the other and long winding narrow corridor in between.

Anything is better then Luna or areas that hug guard zones and dozens of houses, which for some reason are pvp hot spots.

TnT runs a fight night for dueling once a month or so.

We have also had pvp nights out in random places, but last time we held one at spirit gate, nobody showed, so we mooned the shard and left.

problem is, when you try to move away the hotspot from luna, youll need to find a new area that doesnt allow housing, isnt near serverline, doesnt have too much spawn and isnt too close to a moongate/guardzone. then you have actually get people to go there. and then the biggest problem is, luna still will have houses of all the big pvp guilds and the blues will still live in luna gz, so while there is no fight at the new hotspot, people will go to their "homes" and luna is back alive.

Outside of Wrong or Demise have always been popular on Siege. If you hang out long enough, someone will come by. Make posts where you state your current location. I'm sure someone will show up to challenge you...la
