Is there a guild/alliance bug when it comes to guilds showing up on alliance list?

Is there some new guild/alliance but when it comes to a guild showing up on your alliance list? Reason I ask this is because tonight my alliance guild list has been acting funny on all my characters. The guilds my characters are in arent showing up on the list at all yet there still in alliance.
