Get an Ethereal Tamer with an Ethereal Greater Dragon!
I tried that in the void. I'll never forget it. I have this pretty much unkillable sam pally axe guy. I beat Miasma all day long with this character. I 2-hit Miasma sometimes with this axe I made. I ran over to it & it killed me. I was SOOOO surprised. I mean I hardly ever die. I'm still not sure exactly what happened. I was fine, and then I was dead. So, the pixie swatter didn't do it for me.
This is by far the best answer so far.

Propofol is not currently available in-game. I believe that some alchemists are lobbying for it however...
