(Question) Is there a GM on this shard?

Hello Legends,
I have been trying for months to have communication with an actual GM on Legends.
I have a pet that can not use all of his skill training points. EA just acknowledges my concern with an occasional email with no solution. Has anyone else encountered this problem?
Are GM's ever on Legends to assist with these kind of issues?

If the pet is maxed out, you can click the blue jewel on the animal training gump to discard the unusable points and finish training.
