is there a cap on MR with no meditation?

i know that meditation boosts MR items.. but what if you have 0 med?

im building a necro tamer that would be getting meditation from lich form and MR items..

Med is entirely seperate. The cap on MR from items is 30. Whether the MR from Lich Form is part of that cap or not I do not know

there is no cap on mr, it just suffers from dimishing returns, so the more you stack, the less each 1 mr gives is less. i have 24 mr on my bard mage for maintaining spellsongs
