I'm not sure about ricardo, bit on sonoma things are getting crazy. Last night Mendex, the demon wizard appeared at luna bank chasing people around, then said a few things before disappearing. Another person told me he was visited today by Mendex while crafting at Haven bank. He asked to make ten crates, then vanished. Strange things are brewing...
Mendex is a Sonoma EM RP "event" and you can read about all the different chars involved here http://vboards.stratics.com/showthread.php?t=198070. The char shows up in Luna and even in Fel in middle of PVP action.
As far as the Ricardo event being over, I probably wouldn't say that is the end of it and I find it strange that the name of the cloak has been left out for this long since it would seem like a easy thing to fix. Maybe the next publish we will find out more details.
