Is the Library donation quest still on?

i went to Verity but she wouldn't give me quest...

as far as I know, yes.
Have you maybe already done the quest on that char and forgotten? Maybe try donating something?

No, I'm afraid not. the token is actually pretty irrelevant, you can leave it at home and still donate, it's the char that's important.

a bonus note. the token is sooooo irrelevant that i lost mine in a idoc many years ago and i can still donate.

Should still be on; it's permanent content.

Make sure you don't already have the ability to donate.

Otherwise keep trying; the notary has several quests.

You need to start the quest chain with the librarian.

Isn't the library quest from the Notary?

If it is, if you have one of the Travesty quests active (new leadership?), you might have a conflict that prevents you from having the library quests.

No the start of the library quest chain is from the librarian in the library itself. The Notary is the Citadel quest.

Part of the quest is getting wax to seal the notary document, in Ish killing scorpions IIRC, perhaps that's what your thinking of?
