Is the invasion spawn working?

We've had the same 3 towns controlled by 3 different shadowlords for more than a day now. Yesterday we had tier 1 spawn in each of the towns. When I got back from work none of the towns had any spawns and they still have no spawns.

I am getting the distinct impression that our shard (origin) isn't capable of going from first tier to 2nd tier of the invasion.

Has anyone seen second tier of the invasion? In other words, have you seen an invasion that covers the entire city?

More on Cats:

You can't recall into Trinsic no matter if there's an invasion or not.

Yesterday I also ran into the same problem with Minoc, no invasion, no recall, no dragon. But I think the dragon may have been hidden somewhere.

I haven't seen any NPC higher than LT.

Which leads me to the question, how are the invasions supposed to progress?

I can recall into Trins no problem although my wife ends up in Jhelom. weird. I was hoping Cats would be fixed at server down. Nope, still not right.

Also on cats, I haven't seen anything higher than a LT and I have done 4 or 5 dragons now. I never really thought about it but It is odd that it goes right from low level spawn to the Crimson Dragon. Cats is Broke!

I think we gota wait till the 17th. Let the halloween phase out then lets see where things go.
