Is the Invasion Spawn Broken on LS?

Skara Brae has been locked on Hatred for at least 3 days.. No elementals, no CD
Trinsic has been locked on Falsehood for at least 3 days.. No Orcs, no CD
Vesper has been locked since last night on Cowardness.. No Ophids, no CD.


Am I missing something here?

I'm pretty sure it is broken, cause I check those three all the time and there is nothing but the same npc's around.
