also on an account that has NOT done this i get the message
from Jasper that he can not help me.. what gives LOL
if anyone has any thought on why Jasper would be doing that please
let me know

I had a problem after talking to Sage in Papua. I recalled back to Jasper and when I double clicked her, she told me she had nothing to offer me so I couldnt finish the quest. Took me about an hour to realize I had to run out of the building and back in instead of recalling right next to her.
