If it was a simple question im sure someone would have replied in 5 seconds. So im guessing itas not a simple question.

Would taky you 15 seconds to log on test and try it, after all thats what test is for, especially with the new char copy....

Armor of Fortune is a studded tunic therefore, according to the list, no it can not be altered.

Only leather/leaf armor arm, tunic and leg items can be altered, Studded/hide items cannot be altered
