Is TC3 back up??

Just wondering if TC3 is back up yet??? It's 4:30 EST and I just tired logging in and the name of my house is there, but no picture of my house to click on to enter the city. lol And I don't see TC 3 listed on the servers at all... just curious.

I'm sure they will tell us when its up
