(Question) Is Sonoma a good place to call home?

I've come back to UO after three years of not playing. I live on the west coast now and I'm looking for a server with better ping than Atlantic. I've been wondering around Sonoma a little and it seems fairly quiet as opposed to Atlantic. I haven't visited Fel yet, is it fairly active, as in people doing champs. I like to do spawns as opposed to strait out pvp. Thanks
