Is shard Transfer DOWN Again?

I have tried to use my shield token for the last 3 hours to return to my home shard and I keep getting the message "The selected destination shard is unavailible" Yet I log into other characters there.


Any ideas?

I've tried repeatedly to go to a number of different shards, and they all say the selected destination shard is unavailable. I've also been having issues with stuff disappearing--which might be a separate issue. I think its time to throw in the towel, and hope things work better tomorrow.
