Is pvp faster cast and recovery max only 2/6 and spell damage inc from items 15?
Magery, necro, mystic are 2/6, maybe weaving - not only pvp. Rest are 4/6, but if you have magery high chiv is 2/6 too.
Pvp sdi cap is 15, but by having low primary magic skills, taming you can be a focused mage for 30 pvp cap.
