Is poisoning broke?

Its been a while since i have had to train the skill. Ive had it gmd for years now.
This week i've tried to training it and I never fail when i apply it to fish steaks or weapons, you use to fail a lot esp at higher skill levels. Did i miss something in the last update when they made the pvp changes or is just broke on the training side because of the patch.

Wondered the same myself hit 90 and havent gotten a gain in 2 weeks.. and thats working it a full keg at a time almost every day.

Yeah, they made this change awhile back. Once you hit 80.0+ Poisoning, you never fail to Poison a Wep/Food.

I trained it from 80 to 100 without a problem, took 3 or 4 days. The day after publish 71 was released.

I've trained Poisoning up to 97.6 from 80 since the publish. It's slowing dramatically but gains are still happening a couple times per keg of dreater poison.

ive seen 3 ea staff members looking at this thread. although they look at the 13 seconds worth of reading material for hours.

either they are interested or just pretending to the read the forums lol.

I have trained it up from 80 a couple of times now since the latest publish and have found you need to start using deadly poison a lot sooner than before. I started using it at 95 poison and got to gm in a god time.

I raised poisoning after the patch and it only took about 3 days. Here's a small guide:

50-69 Regular Posion
69-100 Greater Poison.

It took about 1200 Regular Poison and roughly 7,000 Greater Poison. I soulstoned every skill off to lower my cap, which increases the rate your Guaranteed Gain. Deadly Poison should not be used as it is still too difficult to gain from, even in the higher 90s. If you are using Deadly Poison at 90, like UOGuide says, you will not see a single gain.

One of the easier skills to complete.
