Is Origin broken again?

Every now and then, Origin tells me that my log in credentials are incorrect or expired. And this is even after resetting my password and creating a new account (twice). Now I have 3 accounts with them and all 3 are giving me this message.

I am curious is ANYONE else here has this issue ? Its been going on for more than a year now.

I do and have and like you have multiple origin accounts because of it. I finally just had it remember me and don't have to log in, greater risk but a lot less headaches.

After an hour it finally "resolved" but I had to log in my ex-husband's EA/Origin account then log it out. Once I did that, it allowed me to log in my 16 yr old EA account. I do have it "remember" me and it still forgets me and I have to log in each time (and usually run into this issue of incorrect password / username combo or credentials are expired. I was trying to avoid having to clear cookies etc because then that would mean all my saved usernames and passwords would be wipe out...right?

One easy fix - Install 2 different browsers (both Chrome & FF, or one of them and one of their 3rd party variants).

Only use the secondary one for your EA stuff - so that none of the conflicting stuff ever comes into play.

Optionally, you can do the same with 2 different computers. IF you look at Chrome, it actually uses google accounts for preferences. Have one computer's Chrome logged in as your husband, the other as you (separate Gmail accounts). it should be able to keep things separate after that. I Think FF might have something similar.

No, you should be able to clear only the cookies saved for the origin.com website.

If you're using Google Chrome, go to Settings, Advanced, Content Settings, Cookies, See All Cookies and Site Data. Then scroll down the list of websites and open the one for origin.com. You can then use either the REMOVE ALL button to delete all the cookies saved for that site or delete them individually.
I used Microsoft Edge. I assume the settings would be the same?
