Is there a way to smelt them all at the same time instead of 1 by 1?

Buy a Salvage Bag - from NPC Provisioner I think. Put your resources in the Salvage Bag and make away. The items will drop in the bag (where the resources are) and you can then salvage everything in the bag in one go by left single clicking on the bag and selecting the salvage option you want from the menu.
