Is Magincia turn in for rubble going to continue after the 17th?

This is more of a Magincia event than Halloween.....

So do I have to finish this too?? Or do I have longer for this so I should concentrate more on the Halloween stuff like trick or treating and Pumpkins and things...... I'm sort of confused.
