is leather enhancing with spined broken?

everything broke and I have 120 tailor and +20 tailsman.
everything broke for my friend too.

anyone able to enhance with spined?

If you were trying to enhance an item with really high luck then the chances of it not breaking with spined are very very low. Also talismans do not help with enhancing, it is all about the skill. That is why the +60 ASH for smithys is so useful.
