Is it worth trying to fit 120 Tactics on my Sampire?

After running some of the numbers, I've found a way to fit Midnight Bracers on my Sampire and, after magic reflection, I'd still have something like 70/65/70/65/75. Now, I'd be completely reliant on magic reflection, but the +20 from the bracers would give me room to have 120 Tactics in the following template....

120 Swords
120 Bushido
120 Parry
120 Tactics
100 Necro (80 real)
100 Anatomy
60 Chiv

What do you think, is it worth the trouble, slightly smaller resists, and the reliance on Magic Reflection?

I thought you needed 99 or 100 real skill for necro now in order to keep ve? Am I mistaken?

It's not based on real skill, only the current skill. If you drop below 99 necro skill (real or with items) then you will drop out of the form.

I personally don't think it is worth the cost of the 120 Tactics scroll unless you have already used it on that character. For most weapons, you would see the same damage with 110 Tactics and 110 Anatomy - very little real difference. In fact someone in the Archer thread suggested 120 Anatomy 100 Tactics was better because you heal more damage and the damage dealt is almost the same. The rest of your skills/stats look okay and doable.

Really, as Farsight said, it is up to you. But I would personally rather have 110 Tactics/110 Anatomy and not have to buy expensive scrolls. In fact, I've found the 110 free lying on the floor of Luna Bank.

Annoying thing with not having 99 rl skill is that every time you log in, your equipment is readjusted and you lose vamp form. :-(

Not on my 80 necromancy vampire on Drachs. That character stays in vamp form as long as I don't die.

That was a bug that only happened for a few days after the patch, then got fixed server side.

As long as anything with jewelry adds up to 99 or more and you keep it on, you're good now.

Personally i agree with Old Man. There are better places to put your wallet and your points than in 120 tactics. It's easy to cap damage on a sampire. Better to put it in areas where survivability will help assist you more.
