[Blacksmithing] Is it possible to craft 100% mana leech Leafblades?

I know i've made 100% bladed staves before, but im a little rusty and cant remember which hammer type to use and also is it possible with 1-handed weps to get the 100% mana leech property? Thanks for any advice!

the max for leafblade is 96 if im not wrong

Thanks...ya after digging around and crafting on TC i can to the same conclusion. Guess it depends on swing speed, the slower the wep the more mana leech it can have.
