Is it possible to both Own and Co-Own on a single account?

You can be a home owner, and also be co-owned to another house. Even if you're the same character. So if you have five characters, they can each be co-owned to another house (even if you have a house on that account), which gives you access to 6 different houses that way.

I still need to figure out what to do. I started (again) on another shard but already have a house on this account so my options are 1) Sell it 2) Get a 2nd account and transfer it to that then Co-Own from the 2nd to the 1st account, freeing up my 1st account to place on my new shard.
