Is House Decay Turned On Yet?

I still have a few accts that I am having trouble with and Cust Serv keeps saying they will call me to fix it but I get no calls.

I wasn't worried at first but now I'm starting to worry.

Has Housing Decay been turned back on?

Not yet (that I'm aware off). I've got an old plot on LS that I'm watching to decay. The accounts been unactive for about 4 months now so as soon as that starts to decay I'll know its turned back on. but na, not yet
