Is Halloween loot only from monsters in dungeons?

I got the ruined banner and pumpkin scarecrow in the Britain Graveyard off of creatures I used the moongrass on. What was also interesting is, I saw some bodies that were normal and went around using moongrass on them. Opening one of the skeletons, I was surprised to find a pumpkin scarecrow within, though it's gold had been looted.

Killed a few hundred monsters in Ilsh and got nothing. Killed a couple of dozen monsters in an old school dungeon and got two black cats.

It seems to me that other than graveyards, the loot is only from monsters in dungeons. Has anyone received any Halloween loot from places other than dungeons and graveyards?

I got all 3 plus an extra cat while killing bloods in shame, though they din't come from the bloods.......I got them all off air ellys, and in under 15 minutes too.

No quest needed, just go kill..........

Went to Shame to collect magic residue and looted everything, even other peoples' kills. I got two cats and a scarecrow from my kills... and two cats and a ruined painting from other peoples' kills!

26 cats, 11 pumpkin scarecrows, 6 tapestrys. Most from despise champ lvls 1/2. Rest from glow gy. Nothing anywhere else.

Just want to make sure I got this right... The Conjurer's Garb only drops from the quest where you heal the gypsy using blue crystals or by killing the Harbinger? They don't drop from any other mobs?

You are half right. The best robe drops from healing the NPCs (140 Luck 2 MR 5 DCI). The good but not as good as the Healing one (2 MR 5 DCI) drops from the Harbringer 30-40% of the time. They do not drop anywhere else.

Just a quick question - is the ruined painting larger than a pile of gold? I haven't been picking up the gold (hunting in the graveyard) and just want to make sure i'm just having no luck at getting one of the paintings...

It's bigger than a gold pile, about the size of a shipwreck painting and for me it's the rarest of the drops so far.

Yes i got one. I knew that lizardman slayer bow I made with my heartwood fletching kit would come in handy one day.
