I tried out the Abyssal Blade with a 120 ninja using focus attack to bump these %'s up to 120% and they had no effect on my guild mates mana or stamina besides the normal stamina damage from taking damage in general. Are these pvm only mods?

Ive discovered certain things dont work on greens, for instance wraith forms mana drain innate ability dont work on greens, only greys and oranges. Might be the deal here..
